Fellini. La dolce vita e 8 1/2
We design the visual identity end the exhibition’s graphics for “Fellini. La dolce vita e 8 1/2”. The exhibition focused on the work of three photographers who shooted most Fellini’s set photographs. The foundation of our work consisted of a typeface that we designed ad hoc, through which we developed all the rest of the graphic language. The custom typeface was directly inspired by the neon signs of Via Veneto and the other streets of Rome during the years of “La Dolce Vita”. Through designing a variety of different signs for each letter, we wanted to celebrate the mood and vitality of that particular years.
